Noble Paws Academy ("we," "us," "our") provides professional dog training services to clients in and around Tacoma, Washington. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and client portal, why we collect it, and how we protect it. 2. Information We Collect

• Inquiry information. When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and details about your dog and training goals.
• Client portal information. For enrolled clients, we collect your account email, your dog's profile (name, breed, age, veterinary contact, feeding and medical details), vaccination records, signed training agreements, and training videos you or your trainer upload. By uploading content to the portal, you agree (per our Terms of Use) that it may also be used by Noble Paws Academy for educational purposes, such as training materials, demonstrations, and instructional content.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles them securely, and we receive only payment status and receipt information.
• Technical information. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical data (browser type, device, pages visited) to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
• To deliver and manage your training program through the client portal.
• To process payments and send invoices and receipts.
• To send you program updates, appointment details, and important notices by email.
• To keep the site secure and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us operate: our hosting and portal platform, Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider, and secure cloud storage for videos and documents. Each is bound to handle your data securely. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Storage & Security

Your account is protected by your password, and uploaded documents and videos are stored securely with access limited to you and your assigned trainer. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or request removal of your client portal account and its contents at any time by emailing info@noblepawsacademy.com. You can also opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site or portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
