By accessing or using the Noble Paws Academy website or client portal (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Noble Paws Academy provides professional dog training programs, including stay-and-train, in-person, and online training. The client portal is provided to enrolled clients for scheduling, communication, progress videos, and program documents.
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access other clients' data, uploading unlawful or malicious content, interfering with the site's operation, or using the portal for any purpose other than your own training program.
Dog training results depend on many factors outside our control, including your dog's temperament, history, health, and your continued practice at home. We do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. All training carries inherent risk, and clients remain responsible for their dog's behavior and safety at all times. Program-specific terms, deposits, and refunds are governed by the training agreement you sign at enrollment.
Program fees and deposits are charged as described at enrollment, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize the charges shown on your invoice. Refunds, if any, follow your signed training agreement.
You retain ownership of the videos, documents, and other content you upload to the portal. By uploading content, you grant Noble Paws Academy a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute that content for educational purposes, including in training materials, demonstrations, instructional videos, and case studies, as well as to operate the Services and deliver your training program. Educational use is always in a professional context; content is never sold. If you would like a specific upload excluded from educational use, contact us and we will honor your request going forward.
The Services, including their design, text, graphics, and training materials, are owned by Noble Paws Academy and may not be copied or redistributed without our written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Paws Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including injury to persons or animals, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
